3+ years of data ERASED overnight

FIND A DIFFERENT APP! Horrible customer service.

Ive used this app RELIGIOUSLY for the past 5 years and have loved it. As of yesterday, I opened the app with my password and ALL of my data has completely disappeared! Not a single notation anywhere. I tried to restore and the option is completely grayed out. Ive sent multiple emails to Support@Winkpass and have received ZERO responses, not even to say my emails were received. I am in disbelief that all of my data from the past 5 years is just GONE and it wasnt anything that I even did.
