Lost all my data!!!

Im giving this app 2 stars because it has been very useful for the past 5 years. Ive tracked my cycle and many details with my 2 pregnancies over this time. But this weekend I opened the app and ALL of my data is gone!! I have not updated anything on my phone recently or done anything else that could have caused this. I emailed customer service on Saturday but no response. Im so devastated to loose years of information!
