Disappearing Data

Years of data have disappeared from the app. When I try to restore from back-ups I am given an error message. Ive been incredibly diligent with logging many details about my cycle each month as my partner and I are trying to conceive, so its especially disheartening to lose all of that information. Even though I paid for this app, Ive now downloaded a secondary one so that this doesnt happen again. So disappointed.
