Data deleted after 5 years, no response from developers

I loved this app for five years until one day it deleted all of my data. The developers took a month to restore some of my data, but have now stopped responding to my emails. The last year of data is gone. All of my data from our IVF attempts that is critical for us to have a baby is GONE. With no response from the developers. Dont trust them with your data. So disappointed. They havent responded to any means of contact. Clearly they are not looking to stay in business for much longer.
